In these sessions, you’ll get a chance to connect deeply with your own inner power and essence through felt sensations in the body rather than through the mind, releasing built up dis-ease on a physical, emotional and mental level all at the same time. In a breathework session you’ll get to experience being reinvigorated with life force as you’ll learn how to allow the medicine of air into your being.
To activate our breath is to activate our life force.
We all know that air keeps us alive as without it we die in a matter of minutes, however few of us know the power it holds, or how much the way we breathe affects us. Our breath holds the power to bring us into a state of complete presence and stillness, connecting with our inner being and natural self; and helps us release stress, dis-comfort, and dis-ease.
Air is the catalyst for change and transformation and we should all have been given the gift of knowing the power of our breath from being little, but the fact is that so many of us never did, and we live a life where we breathe shallowly, in a constricted manner or simply in a way that doesn’t support and nourish us optimally. This has wide negative effects, with physical implications from how we sleep and digest, to our posture, to our stress levels, physical imbalances and illnesses.
The entire movements of our central nervous system is governed by air (thoughts, movement, emotions, breath, heart rate, hormones, body temperature) and it’s the only autonomous system of the body that we can control. Yet despite this fact, very few of us actually know how to invite the air in, in a way that fully supports us to come alive.

Where we will explore the world of Conscious Connected Breathwork, an Altered State Breathing technique, used as a therapeutic and potentially life-changing tool.
Through this practice, you will understand and learn how to optimise your breathing through breathwork techniques that you can apply to many life situations.
What You’ll Explore in a Breathwork Session
In this 65-minute session with Mai, you’ll dive into: Your breath, the life force that lives within you and how you hold a natural inner ability to clear your system of long-held stress, suppressed emotions and trauma - without necessarily needing to relive old experiences or process it through your mind. These sessions of breath will help you clear any dis-ease you may be experiencing physically, emotionally or mentally - without needing to understand it - and it will help bring you into deeper connection with the being that is you.
What to Expect
Expect to be awed by just how powerful your breath is. Most of us have never experienced how much healing, energy and life force can come from breathing deeply and correctly.
Once you’ve submitted your application form, you’ll receive a reply from us within 48 hours to let you know whether Mai feels it’s a fit. We’ll send you all the details through email on how to finalize your session (including payment details, and a scheduler to book your session date).

We’ll start with a quick chat (roughly 10 min) and an introduction with the possibility of asking questions.
