On the beautiful island of Fanø, Fanø Krogaard and Mai Copsø have created the space for a weekend where you can gently release responsibility and overperformance – and instead learn to receive, open, and let life move through you more naturally. As we shift into spring, we work with the feminine energy as a force of renewal: the part of you that cultivates capacity, presence, and clarity without pushing or striving. And you’ll bring home practical tools and embodied practices – so the transformation doesn’t end when the weekend does.
