The foundation for a thriving health, wellbeing and inner balance is the feeling of completely safety, knowing we can trust ourselves fully. This is an inner state we cultivate by continuously meeting our own physical, emotional and mental needs whilst experiencing empowerment in relationship with others. Learning this is what Mai’s bespoke 1-1 work is all about.
Together with Mai, you’ll work on creating balance and advancement where you need it by implementing supportive habits and practices specifically for you. Rather than teaching you a specific scheme to adhere to, you’ll learn an approach for how to tune in with you and always knowing what action to take to lead life in support of you, your values and goals.
Things worked on may include your sleep routines, training for optimal movement patterns, harmonising your stress levels, finding the right nutritional habits for you specifically and/or knowing how to set boundaries and communicate better. Since sessions and programmes are bespoke the practices we’ll use depend on you and your needs.
No matter your needs and goals, these bespoke sessions will teach you to cultivate inner calmness and help your body switch from being stress and fat-storing to fat-burning whilst learning to establish a loving relationship with you. One that is founded on Respect, Curiosity and Appreciation.
You’ll also learn how to invite others to help meet your needs in a way that builds bridges rather than conflict through simple, empowered communication.

It’s especially helpful to be part of the sisterhood following a retreat to continue your growth in a busy everyday life. Through the group, we implement changes in life at home or when living in a place with a lack of community and openness. It’s vital to have this supportive community, especially these days when there’s way too much focus on women and appearances and their looks. Every week you will receive an email with a wisdom question for you to reflect on. And every week you have the option to jump on Zoom where every woman who wants to, gets to share what came up for her, while witnessed by the other women.

Not only does this mean you keep moving forward in life; it also helps you align yourself and take action to nourish yourself better. By signing up for the sisterhood you become part of our giving back program and help send nourishment to women in need and Mama Earth in different parts of the world. This happens as the sisterhood is set up as a membership program where half of the monthly fee is given as a donation to one of the charities we work with. The monthly fee is €28 out of which €14 goes to the projects we support. You can cancel your membership, at any time should you no longer wish to be part of the sisterhood.

Everything in this program is an offering of tools and questions that helps guide you back to your own wisdom. It supports you to connect to who you are and re-member the parts of you, you may have forgotten.
As children we know exactly what we want and what would satisfy us. We are connected to our feelings, that like a compass help guide us towards the experiences and life that is right for us as individuals. In learning how to apply logic, we sometimes forget this simple knowing however, and abandon it in the strive to do simply ‘what makes sense’. But logic alone can’t make us lead a life of meaning and happiness. So we can end up disconnected and confused about how to build a life that feels fulfilling.
With this program, you get to remember what feels right for you - so you can apply your logic to build this onto your life along with your responsibilities and other priorities.

Each topic invites you to reflect and ask yourself questions and guides you to connect inwards to let your inner self answer the question for you. To feel lighter and connect with love - as the expansive life force that runs through every inch of us - the soul is where we need to tune in.
The guides will lead you to widen your horizon and meet yourself in compassion so that you’re as open as you can be with yourself as you receive your answers. The process is simple and you decide how much time you allocate to the program each week. That said, with just an hour each week, you have plenty of time.
We do advise, however, that you dive into each question on the same day and at the same time each week; and then dwell on this topic for the week before moving into the next.
