Learning to embody this trust is at the heart of Mai’s 1-1 work: strengthening your capacity to regulate, respond, and relate with integrity.Together with Mai, you’ll focus on creating both balance and progression through tailored habits and practices designed specifically for you. Rather than following a rigid structure, you’ll develop a practical understanding of how to listen to your body, manage your energy, and make choices that align with your values and goals.
Depending on your needs, this may include refining sleep routines, improving movement patterns, breathing better, harmonising stress levels, optimising nutrition, or learning to set boundaries and communicate effectively. Each programme is fully bespoke – adapted to your body, rhythm, goals, and stage of life – with small, sustainable changes that make it entirely achievable.
Over time, these sessions help you cultivate calm, clarity, and confidence - shifting your body from survival mode into vitality, and building a relationship with yourself based on respect, curiosity, and appreciation.
