This session aims to teach you how to stand for yourself (rather than against others) by learning how to create a safety container for yourself, which enables you to express yourself with clarity and calmness, yet firmly and lovingly at the same time.

In this session we dive into your way of communicating and explore how you can successfully express your own needs, desires and wishes in a way that others will be able to hear, understand and respect.

In our time together you’ll grow your awareness of your own unconscious and or default patterns of communication, that have a tendency to create misunderstandings or unwanted situations for you. Furthermore you’ll gain tools that help you find the courage to communicate your views and feelings honestly and with grace, so that you can stay within integrity of yourself and increase self trust.

Knowing how to communicate from an open and centered place, understanding that it’s not just about what we say, or our body language, but also where we’re coming from, from an energetic point of view will have a tremendous effect all through our lives.
