I am Mai Copsoe and with almost 10 years of experience from coaching and training high-profile clients in elite settings, I have developed The Practice. 

The Practice is my signature method that merges all of my experience and studies into a bespoke holistic program that includs movement, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

Meet Mai

Mai holds a BA in political science and anthropology yet for the past 10 years has worked as a personal coach to high profile people in companies like Disney, Universal Studios and McKinsey. Additionally she has created events with lifestyle brands like Christian Dior, The Danish Furniture Brand Eilersen and 5 star hotels such as The Lanesborough & Macakizi. Alongside this, she has also been a personal trainer and mindfulness instructor to movie stars and artists in London, Dubai and Turkey whilst working in a global private membership club. For the past 4 years however, she has run her own online business centred around health, wellbeing and longevity.
