Raw cacao is known as medicine of the heart as it’s been used in shamanic healing (within the Mayan traditions) for centuries to assist in activating our connection to our own inner truth and soul. When our heart is blocked, when we can’t find our path, or when we are unable to connect to the courage we need to live in alignment with what our soul is calling for, this is when we hold her near and gently ask the spirit of Cacao to help us clear our inner space and vision.

These Cacao ceremonies are set up as a facilitator for change and movement so that we may let go of what’s not serving us in exchange for a new perspective and set of emotions that include empowerment, self-belief, compassion, and love.

We begin by gathering in a circle and diving into a question of self-inquiry. Each woman then has the opportunity to offer up her answer and intention with the ceremony or to simply sit in silence witnessing the other women. We then bless our cup of cacao and take it in, honoring our truest selves before we each surrender to the healing powers of the spirit of cacao. We embrace, we are still, we move, and we express in complete accordance with what comes up for us while being held in love and safety within this beautiful, sacred space that Mai facilitates.

The ceremony takes between 2 and 3 hours in total and we encourage you to drink plenty of water but not to have a big meal right before the ceremony.

The event is £60 and all you need will be provided.
